We had a great time staying at this apartment with my family.

Wanted to see Wells-next-the-Sea popular places and this apartment was incredible base for exploring most of them. Slept well on an extremely comfy bed. There was a restaurant called Sands Restaurant, offering lunch/dinner, it was so close to the venue.

Magnificent setting to the pub at the back of the property. Good, lovely bathroom.

Bad free Wi-Fi.

Cozy vibes all around for me and my crew. Loved that we were close to a cool pub at the back and the town center. All about that convenience, you know? 🍻

This place has a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge, set in a wonderful and stunning location.

Great accommodation, well-decorated and clean with good facilities. Loved the addition of Netflix and Prime, perfect for cozying up indoors during bad weather. The parking was easy and convenient, with a pre-paid ticket provided. The welcoming touch of wine and flowers was much appreciated. The location was fantastic, right by the harbor, with easy access to the beach.

There were a few downsides. The noise from a generator outside the bedroom window was disruptive and made it a challenge to get a good sleep.

The well-equipped kitchen was a great bonus for our stay. Rewrite: the kitchen had everything we needed which was a great extra for our stay.

The location here was fantastic and not too far from Wells, and it had everything we needed; I would definitely recommend it.

This place offers a wonderful location near the quayside, town center, beautiful countryside walks, a nearby pub, and the beach by the estuary.

Excellent facilities, great communication before arrival, and convenient parking. Lovely, stylish, and spacious apartment in a fantastic quayside location. Well-equipped and everything feels new. Welcome basket and robes were a nice touch. Pubs, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Tidal changes opposite were mesmerizing. Will recommend to friends and family.

The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring the area. It was situated right on the Quay, making it easy to walk to the beach and browse the nearby shops. the apartment offered convenient car parking, which was included in the accommodation cost. the light and airy space was another great aspect, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment for our stay.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. the kitchen was well stocked, but lacking a few essential items such as an oven glove and washing up gloves.

The apartment layout was excellent, providing a good space for us. the welcome hamper was appreciated. the location of the apartment was fantastic, with direct access to the quay and a pleasant walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at a well-decorated and clean apartment in a convenient location near the harbor. The facilities were good and the apartment felt new, warm, and stylish. We enjoyed watching the tidal changes from the apartment and the free car parking arranged by the owner. The communication with the owner was excellent.

Although the apartment was lovely, we did experience some drawbacks. The constant noise from a nearby generator made it difficult to sleep, even with earplugs.

This place was a great location for exploring all the attractions in the area.

I enjoyed my stay at this place, and it was convenient to have a pub right behind the property, with a view of the courtyard from my window.
